Refund Policy


Community building: To pay a refundable deposit of $300.00 for holding the reservation, ensuring the facility is left in pre-rental condition. Note: The security deposit will be returned to you within 2-3 weeks after your event, provided all rules and regulations have been followed. The deposit is refundable until 30 days before the reserved date. Cancelled reservations less than 30 days before the reserved date will cause forfeiture of the deposit. Written notice of cancelation is required and must be acknowledged by Town staff to be valid.

Town Truck: Refund or rescheduling will be permitted with notification in writing at least one day notice prior to reservation.

Other requests or special circumstances will be considered by the Town Manager or his designee on a case by case basis.
